Client Service Analyst

Budapest (BI-10989)

Our Partner is a leading information services and technology company. We are looking for a Client Service Analyst to their team.

Main tasks

  • Understanding business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications
  • Supporting weekly – monthly data delivery and quality checking tasks
  • Data analyses and validation tasks using DWH and BI tools in cooperation with other departments
  • Help Client Service Representatives and Key Account Managers in all Business Intelligence related technical questions - work as a liaison between client facing and technical functions 
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, enhancements, user acceptance tests,
  • Deployment and post production support of DWH /Business Intelligence solutions

Conditions for getting the job

  • Degree or equivalent in IT or business related discipline 
  • IT user skills, high level Windows MS Office (Excel) knowledge
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or PL/SQL languages, data warehouse and ETL concepts
  • English medium (communication) level 
  • Adequate personality for monotonous and recurring type work
  • Ability to work in a multinational environment

Advantage for getting the job

  • Work experience or practice in DWH/BI systems is a plus 
  • Experience in MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS is an advantage
