Client Service Analyst

Our Partner is a leading information, services and technology company.

Main tasks

  • Understanding business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications 
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, enhancements, user acceptance test,
  • Deployment and post production support of DWH / ETL /Business Intelligence solutions, 
  • Supporting weekly – monthly data delivery and quality checking tasks, 
  • Data analyses and validation tasks using DWH, ETL BI tools in cooperation with other departments 
  • Be current with Business Intelligence platforms and their technology evolution

Conditions for getting the job

  • Degree or equivalent in IT or business related discipline 
  • IT user skills, high level Windows MS Office (Excel) knowledge 
  • English medium (communication) level 
  • Adequate personality for monotonous and recurring type work

Advantage for getting the job

  • Work experience or practice in DWH/BI systems is a plus 
  • Experience in T-SQL, PL/SQL, SSIS, SSAS is an advantage
