Employee Relations Advisor

Budapest XIII. kerület (RC-10279)

Our client is a multinational company who is looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join them.

Main tasks

  • Completing all of the grievance and ethics cases, as well as disciplinary cases from start to finish and coordinating the disciplinary committee;
  • Assisting with some policy or advisory work where needed;
  • Day to day liaison with the Diversity Networks;
  • HR contact for organization of network events and queries;
  • Preparation/attendance of all HR Governance meetings, completion of governance related tasks and reports such as RCM and MCA, and ongoing maintenance of same.

Conditions for getting the job

  • College or University degree is preferred;
  • At least 3 years' experience related to the field;
  • Good command of English language (both verbal and written);
  • Microsoft Office skills required.

Advantage for getting the job

  • Experience of working in an international context.
