Executive Assistant

Our Client has been developing a unique platform for mobile developers and selling the product globally.

In order to focus on the growth of the company, we are seeking an Executive Assistant who can be the right-hand man/woman of the CEO and have a crucial role in a fast paced start-up.

Main tasks

  • Support the CEO’s work
  • Coordinate the CEO’s events and calendars
  • Organise and book trips and programs
  • Coordinate and manage mailings, mailing on behalf of CEO
  • Filtering and solving incoming tasks and problems
  • Ad hoc and daily office work

Conditions for getting the job

  • Close to native English skills
  • Relevant experience as Executive Assistant
  • Excellent diplomatic and communication skills
  • Well-organised, precise and effective work
  • Ability to make priorities
  • Flexibility
  • Friendly and supportive personality
