Fleet Key Account Manager

Budapest (FK-11144)

We are looking for an agile and ambitious new employee to Fleet Key Account Manager position for our well-known international client who represents one of the fastest growing automotive brands worldwide.

Main tasks

  • Develop and maintain trust relationships with high volume clients
  • Gather, report and regularly update information on customers’ car fleet, car policy, motivations/drivers/influencing factors of car purchase
  • Understand the needs of the customers and propose the best solutions that fit in company’s strategy
  • Secure top position in key customers’ car purchase basket
  • Understand fleet policies of the customers, seek for possibilities of influencing it and find rooms where company can fit in
  • Research new potential clients by using all possible data sources
  • Keep contact with key players of the car market (leasing companies, rental companies, financing companies)
  • Find any bottleneck that blocks fleet sales activity and propose solutions to fleet sales manager
  • Make offer calculations in line with company’s commitment in terms of timing
  • Keep contact with logistics and aftersales departments to secure highest possible service for customers
  • Search and follow new tenders, sales potentials, governmental purchases
  • Keep contact and support dealer network in fleet sales activity
  • Follow new trends on fleet market and propose actions to lead/participate
  • Administrate International Key Accounts in line with regional headquarter’s expectations
  • Report activity to fleet sales manager
  • Overachieve companies’ KPIs in direct fleet sales volume and profit, new customer prospecting and dealer network fleet sales volume

Conditions for getting the job

  • Strong sales mindset with a result/solution driven personality
  • Min 2-3 years of experience in Key Account Manager (prospecting included) position. Car sector experience is a definite advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excel knowledge (up to pivot)
  • Native Hungarian with active business English
  • The ability of multitasking and handling time pressure
