HR Business Partner

Main tasks

  • Deliver performance management, budgeting, workforce & succession planning, project and change management.
  • Lead the development, review and implementation of HR policies and initiatives as appropriate and to contribute to the development of the HR function to meet business needs in alignment with Company HR directives.
  • Develop strong relationship with supported Sales & Marketing business functions and assist in determining HR priorities consistent with business objectives.Act as abusiness partner for middle management and sales&marketing functions.
  • Support and consult with middle and top management in HR related matters (workforce planning, talent management, conflict management, performance management, organisational changes, merit review, promotion process etc.) in line with business goals.
  • Responsible for the development of HR Strategy and HR Budget.
  • Participate in the revision of organizational structure, support its development and implementation (headcount management, talent program, etc.).
  • Support the implementation of performance management system at the organization, assure its smooth application and continuous development (position evaluation, feedback interviews)
  • Improve HR processes continuously.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees to effectively reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee the overall process of compensation & benefits including payroll.
  • Oversee the overall process of recruitment activites.
  • Drive year-round talent management processes, including performance appraisals, workforce calibration, development plans and succession planning.
  • Create regular and ad-hoc reports for top managemetn, European Office and Headquarter.

Conditions for getting the job

  • BA/BSc degree
  • 3-5 years experience in the HR field as HR Business Partner or HR Manager
  • Motivated personality with strong customer service focus
  • Self-belief in her/his personal ability to make a difference to the business
  • Strategic thinking
  • Knowledge and experience of the business and its intricacies and an ability to communicate in business terms
  • Intermediate English and fluent Hungarian knowledge is a must
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point)
