HR Generalist and Administrative Assistant

Tököl, Pest megye (FL-11165)

Our international Client produces special medical and pharma products worldwide and has a stable background with a professional management team.

We are looking for a HR Generalist and Administrative Assistant to join and to support regional HR Manager and General Plant Manager to its Hungarian plant.

Location: Tököl, Pest County

Main tasks

  • To coordinate hiring new employees
  • To coordinate with HR service companies
  • To network with HR Specialists / Managers in the area to find out best practices for Hungarian plant,
  • To propose HR related procedures and lead implementation process
  • To support management in different HR related matters
  • To be responsible for the administrative work for the General Plant Manager: calendar management and admin work as needed

Conditions for getting the job

  • Demonstrated track record working in industrial environment (3-5 years)
  • Good understanding of the Industrial/manufacturing agendas, including change management skills and cross-functional working
  • Solid knowledge and expertise in Human Resources
  • Solid knowledge in shift working, demonstrated experience with different shift models (3 and 4-shifts/8-12 hours, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of work related directives, Hungarian labour law
  • Solid experience in working with ERP systems, MS Office tools (particularly with Excel)
  • Demonstrated experience in on-boarding
  • Active Business English knowledge
  • Solid experience in assistance to the management 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proactive and creative thinking
