Payroll Operations Analyst

Our client is a multinational bank who is looking for a Payroll Operations Analyst to join them.

Main tasks

  • This position is responsible for the payroll preparation and processing of payrolls in vendor managed payroll databases or working in cooperation with Third Party Vendors. 
  • This position is also responsible for updating and maintaining payroll related records and data files and maintaining the payroll database. 
  • Support in recruitment (discussion with recruitment team, interview, candidate evaluation, creating training materials );
  • Hold regular relationship management discussions and operations calls with stakeholders (HR, vendor etc);
  • Ensure that process documentations are always up-to-date (Desktop procedures, process maps);
  • Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll runs;
  • Responsible for the reconciliation, balancing and transmission of all vendor and bank interfaces/reports of payroll related data. 
  • To ensure payroll accuracy to be agreed on a regular basis with other teams and vendors, in cooperation to ensure actions and issues are followed through and resolved.

Conditions for getting the job

  • College or University degree is preferred;
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication in English;
  • Working knowledge of MS Office;
  • Strong analytical skills are required for performing effective controls to make sure both payroll accuracy and timeliness service level agreements are met.
  • Manages risks and control.

Advantage for getting the job

  • Experience in Payroll or in HR field;
  • Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
