Payroll Specialist

Budapest, V. kerület (RR-10890)

Our Client is an international SSC in Budapest who is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join them.

Main tasks

  • Responsible for all aspect of payroll;
  • Provide full-scope payroll service and Social Security administration activity to the Company;
  • Creating monthly/ quarterly reports/statistics for the National Health Insurance; Fund of Hungary (OEP) and National Tax and Customs Administration of Hungary (NAV);
  • Process new starters and leavers payroll;
  • Administration of sick-leave and sick-allowances;
  • Keeping a record of debit and deducting it accordingly from salaries;
  • Calculating Social Security (TB) allowances; 
  • Organizing the mandatory medical checks.

Conditions for getting the job

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Experience with NexonBér, NexonTime and Motiválasztó is a plus.
