Our Partner a is well-known local company with international background.We are looking for them an experienced colleague in a Personal Assistant position to support the company's foreign executive director.

Main tasks

  • acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, controlling access to the executive
  • booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • organizing and presence events and conferences
  • reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

Conditions for getting the job

  • Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English, both written and verbal; ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrate professionalism and a high degree of confidentiality, discretion and tact in handling confidential information
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to act quickly to last minute requests and changes
  • Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and to use own initiative in all situations
