With more than 6 million intraocular lenses implanted in over 50 countries, the company is proud of its established network, partners and employees.To support the growing market demands, our partner is now looking for an ambitious Scientific Key Account Manager

Main tasks

  • Activate/trigger scientific activities in territory (lectures, articles, small etc with local KOL)
    • To attend those local scientific activities
  • Collect/monitor all scientific local activities (as lectures at local congresses, local publication, any local educational activities for doctors) and also all international activities coming from different territories primarily created by distributors/affiliates
  • Activate /challenge Medicontur partners for submitting abstract for international congresses
  • Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) development in countries - to activate/support local KOLs building
  • Support distributors with international KOL’s if needed applicable for their local activities (congresses, symposiums)
  • Manage support for distributor with all question/request regarding scientific request
  • To allocate speakers for local/regional congresses after local PMS (under co-ordination with MC clinical research manager)
  • Manage Medicontur educational platforms for doctors
    • Medicontur Premium Class (MPC)
    • Medicontur master class (MMC)
    • Organize private sessions in operating theater  for local doctors with a Medicontur KOL training doctor
  • Interpretation of clinical studies for educational and marketing purposes
  • Scientific news letters
  • Co-working on E-learn/webinars platform for doctors development/KOL/doctors co-operation

Conditions for getting the job

  • University (Dr.Pharma, MD, MSc, optometry) degree (preferably a scientific/medical background)
  • 1-3 year work experience in a similar position, preferably in the medical device sector
  • Fluent English in written and spoken form
  • Strong user-level MS Office
  • Professionalism, proactivity, precision, endurance
  • Flexibility and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Problem solving and communication skills
  • Readiness to travel occasionally
