Service Delivery Manager

  • Our Client is a leading software development firm who is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join their team.

Main tasks

  • Primary support advocate and liaison for both internal and external customers;
  • INC + Change management; Attending and leading regular and ad hoc customer/internal meetings to discuss service development, issues, reports, SLAs;
  • Working with 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support teams to ensure issues are being prioritised, updated and resolved according to SLAs;
  • Creating reports, understanding them to monitor service; Putting together PPTs, training materials;
  • Working closely with Project Managers.

Conditions for getting the job

  • University degree (or ongoing studies);
  • At least 2 years experience in Service Delivery Manager position (or similar position);
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Hungarian;
  • Stable knowledge in MS office; System thinking; Problem-solving ability.
