Service Engineer

Budapest (XIII) (RS-10261)

Our Client is a well known multinational company who is looking for a Service Engineer to join them.

Main tasks

  • Ensure technical and administrative support for service partners in all related channels, hold trainings for them, manage service documentation (service books, bulletin) distribution;
  • Manage service engineers long term technical knowledge level on the highest level for qualitative repair process, keep all training evidences and records in the related systems;
  • Get to know and test new products and solutions, attend trainings held by EHQ/HQ;
  • Participate in fulfilling the customers’ requests and in increasing the customer satisfaction;
  • Visit the service partners and contact center regularly, check and ensure their process continuously, support their activity with all necessary data and information;
  • Feedback technical problems coming from service partners and contact center, maintain contact with HQ, ECC, strew solutions and best practices back to the local network;
  • Monitor technical process related KPIs, subsidiary driven processes, report results and trends, take active actions in projects, action plan setting.

Conditions for getting the job

  • Min. BA/BSC degree in technical field;
  • Fluent communication skills in Hungarian and English is a must;
  • Excellent communication skills, extroverted personality; 
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word and Power Point; 
  • Driving licence;
  • Ability to handle own projects;
  • Structured and focused way of thinking.
