Team Assistant

Budapest (VIII) (RC-7257)

Our Client is a multinational company who is looking for a Team Assistant to join them.

Main tasks

  • Working with Admins and Business Unit Managers in other locations to ensure consistency of approach across the department;
  • Working with Admins from APAC Markets on admin questions related to APAC Department staff;
  • Monitoring of the inventory for APAC (licenses, desktops, locations, etc);
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and assisting with Expense claims;
  • Maintaining holiday calendars;
  • Coordinating the administrative side of Department library globally;
  • Support Business Unit Manager and Budapest Admin on admin questions.

Conditions for getting the job

  • BA/BSc degree;
  • Excellent command of English (both oral and written);
  • Proven IT skills (MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
