Technical Support Analyst

Budapest (IX) (RO-7288)

  • Our Client is a leading software development firm who is looking for a Technical Analyst to join them.

Main tasks

  • Provide technical first line response for users requiring assistance with technology related issues and problems;
  • Provide technical recommendations for complex problems by using troubleshooting, investigation skills and analytic approach;
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone, email and/or using a helpdesk management system;
  • Track issues to resolution updating the internal knowledge base and/or communicating learnings with relevant business units;
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technical escalation teams.

Conditions for getting the job

  • Excellent verbal and written English capacity;
  • Customer service skills and excellent communication (both written and verbal);
  • Flexibility to work in shifts;
  • Organizational skills and excellent timekeeping;
  • Ability to learn fast and precise.

Advantage for getting the job

  • 1+ years of experience in a support environment;
  • SQL query knowledge is a big advantage;
  • IT related studies;
  • ITIL certification; Experience with the Pharma / Clinical Trials industry.
